I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Postponed W2D3 to the afternoon
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate a whole bunch of carbs AND feel terrible after that
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Completed 3.02 km. Very much improved
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot with Super Six follow by dinner
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - I retire by 10:30 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Hey, I enjoy sleeping early. Waking up is not a problem at all. It really feels good getting enough sleep.
My impulse was to eat but I fought back with Wrigley's Extra sugarless gum.
No Nicorette for today. Slowly I will cut off artificial sweetener from my diet. Otherwise my weight reduction slows down.
This morning's focus is about running fast.
Fuck, I feel hungry. It is temporary. This will pass.
Screw it. I am ravenous. I had a cheese tart and a peanut butter sandwich. They were followed by 3-in-1 Coffee and 2 crackers with peanut butter.
Only now I am full.
I think I want to achieve too many things at the same time. It is either:
- 16/8
- Or LCHF
- Or OMAD
- Or 16/8 LCHF
- Or LCHF OMAD
- Or Calorie Restriction
- Or Normal Feed
I am not getting enough calories. I should revert back to 16/8 LCHF by eating lunch and dinner without carbs.
I got to revisit this protocol:
7:15 am
Black Coffee with a pinch of Himalayan Salt
1:00 pm
Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
Blackmores Sustained Released Vitamin C 1000 mg
2:00 pm
Kordel's Magnesium Chelate 750 mg x 1 capsule
Blackmores Multi B x 1 tablet
Agrilife MCT Oil x 2 tbspn
Blackmores Fish Oil 1000 mg x 3 capsules
Habasyi 88 Black Seed Oil 500 mg x 3 capsules
Anchor Salted Butter 1 slice x 4 g
8.00 pm
Lohas Moringa Powder
Fish/Beef/Chicken/Eggs x 1 serving
Mixed Veges/Salad x 1 serving
Anchor Salted Butter 1 slice x 2 g
10:00 pm
Kordel's Magnesium Chelate 750 mg x 1 capsule
I should not do calorie restriction since I am exercising.
Basically, I got to figure out how to do this effortlessly,
- I should not eat before 1:00 pm and stop eating after 9:00 pm
- No carbs
- No Super Combo and no 3-in-1 Coffee
-----------------
I got the right protocol tonight with chicken, egg and cabbage for dinner. This is the way to go. I feel great.
I think I nailed it with diet and exercise.

I'm a believer of Vitamin C:
I was about to have a flu and I took Vitamin C. Just like that the symptom is gone.
