7/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 66


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning -  Going for a swim
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate Moringa but ate carbs around 5:00 pm
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Tested Zombie Run.  Not that smooth
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Eat Beef Rice Noodle 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Definitely will adjourn at 11:00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.


Yes!  This is the start of the 3 months campaign to lose 30 kg by 31/5/19.

At 86 kg I am still overweight.  My body fat is 30%.

NUTRITION NOT CALORIE is the mantra for the next 3 months.

So today I aim to get all green on my 6 Points to Winning.

I was waiting to exercise in the afternoon when it drizzled.  Thus, I decided to eat some carbs.  Luckily the rain stopped and I managed to test the Zombie Run.

The apps is a let down.  It paused the Spotify but did not restart on several occasions.  So I uninstall the application.  I don't want to be distracted by an apps with a glitch.  I want to focus on running.

My afternoon session is mainly about walking than running.  Even so, I walked faster than usual.  My stamina had improved much and the earphone is excellent, I can hear the bass clearly when I use over the ears method.

During the exercise I feel my muscles aching but when I got home there was no more pain.  I actually look forward to my W1D3 tomorrow.  Moringa is the one actually solved my inflammation issue.

I decided to give Zombie Run another try.  There are no other apps like it out there.  All I need is an apps for my interval run.  It is worth a second try.

I had been slacking in my No Sugar No Starch.  Today is the cut off point.  It's like quitting cigarettes.  I must commit.


It takes 10 days to break the sugar addiction and 2 weeks to be fat adapted.
