- Exercise once a day
So my daily protocol will look like this:

Coffee and Salt
7:30 am
Exercise
1:00 pm
Apple Cider Vinegar
Vitamin C
2:00 pm
Magnesium
Vitamin B Complex
Black Seed Oil
Fish Oil
MCT Oil
Butter
8:00 pm
Moringa
LCHF Meal
Butter
I stick with this for the next 1 1/2 months. Then in May I do water fast.

I am bored. Automatically, I am thinking of meeting BJ. If I do that I am back in the rut. So better scrap the whole idea.
The next option is to visit the Coconut Man. If I do that I will be smoking cigarettes.
No go...
Usually the time filler is eating. Now cannot eat. Cannot smoke dope and cigarette.
I'll watch movies...

I watched the sitcom Disjointed; boy dope really fuck you up. No wonder they use the word "get wasted" when you smoke pot. There is nothing good about smoking it. Dope alter perception and amplified whatever feeling that you have.
Anyway, I saved the trouble not meeting BJ or Muru today.
