I feel drawn to pot today.  Mainly because I am bored.  The minute I smoke pot I will be munching and pretty soon I will be smoking cigarette.

I should be doing W2D3 today.  That is my win for the day.  I got it right the first time.  I do 16/8 and LCHF.  By dinner I eat regular meal but without the carbs.

These are my priorities:
  • Being thin
  • Avoid being depressed
  • Energy to exercise
  • Able to sleep well
  • Stay away from dope and cigarettes.
Therefore, first rule is to stay away from carbs WITHOUT being hungry.  

Next, continue eating Moringa.  I might as well increase the dosage and see the effect.

I need to follow my 10 k Training and not drop out.  For that I need the calories.

I also need to retire for bed by 10:00 am.

Do not see BJ until Ramadan.  You want to stick to your plan.  Mount 57 is still a goal to pursue.  You are only ditching the Calorie Restriction Plan.

Moringa really works.  I feel much more alert after taking it.  I also feel less lethargic.  Certainly I should use it to alleviate my mood.

Today I got to complete W2D3.  I got to stop taking Nicorette too. 

My priority is being thin.  That is *[] idea of a good comeback.  I am trying too hard by cutting the calories.  Faz Fazrin eat 3 square meals and still lose 30 kg in 4 months,

Here is the deal, I am losing weight, although no[w] that fast.  The trick is to do so without being hungry while able to exercise at least once a day.  The answer is 16/8 LCHF.  Meaning, I skip breakfast, eat some Moringa and butter for lunch and have regular food without carbs for dinner.

* You agree with me yeah?  I figured, if I am more energetic, I can burn more calories exercising.  

Depression really scares me Sarah.  I know I am depressed when I crave for carbs and started thinking about smoking dope.

This Moringa really saves the day.  Up with energy and mood.  You should try it too.

My next bracket is 75 kg.  That is my sweet spot.  If I can cross 75 kg, my clothes will fit.  I think at 65 kg I wear medium and at 57 kg I wear small.

Definitely the focus is to be thin.  Nothing like being thin, energetic and able to run fast.  I don't care about how much money a person make.  I value youth and vigor.  To achieve that you need time to reverse the metabolic aging.

Already I am grateful I no longer have inflammation.  Now to work on the energy and eliminating depression.

Someday I will challenge BJ for a 10 km race.  Until then I need to break my depression cycle.

I need to rise above the circumstances.

This year I must achieve my 3 goals:
  • Breath fresh air
  • Be thin
  • Be fast
If I smoke dope, I will not be progressing with my goals and these are my lifelong aspiration.  I had been smoking for 39 years.  Time to do something different.

I need a new self-image.  I should think of myself as an Athlete for Life (even the term Athlete Warrior is inappropriate, who am I fighting?)  A Lifelong Athlete means I will remain active in sports for as long as I live.

Therefore I align my 3 goals so that I become an Athlete for Life.  2019 is when I shape the mold for the next 22 years.  This is the defining year for me to break away from mediocre living.

To do that, I have to start with nutrition and exercise.
