3/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 62


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 8:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Played tennis
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Normal Feed today
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - It rained.  I ate and drank some carbs
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate supplements and oils at 9:30 pm
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Will sleep on the dot.  Tomorrow is a run day
That's the minimum to win the day.


Fuh...  Lost tennis to Princess again: 1 - 5.  She is really that good.  I have to up my game.  She had moved up the standard of her game.  No excuse.

I eat normal today for lunch because Lizzie is cooking the fish again today.
