18/3/19 ###Calorie in calorie out

Today is the test.  No carbs...

I can withstand a little hunger.  Nothing to it.  If not I will not lose weight.  It been stalling at 85 kg.  I need to go easy on the intake.

When hungry, drink water.

This is the goal:


To lose 30 kg in 5 months.  I may not hit my target, but that is my benchmark.  It is the weight that is keeping me away from being a fast runner.  Therefore I got to fight the weight ESPECIALLY before the month ends.  I need to hit 79 kg at least.

This is my fight.  I am fighting for my achievement, 57 kg is my trophy this year.  4.75% body fat.  It can be done.  Thin and fast.  I had overcome cigarettes and dope.  Now is to tackle the weight.

I will achieve much by being light.  Nothing can be achieved by being overweight.  The biggest drudgery is the inflammation.  Inflammation equals disease.

To run fast I need a light body, a strong heart, good set of lungs and two dependable legs.  So no carbs, no cigarettes, no cannabis and most importantly, no inflammation.
