I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 2:40 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Not in the mood. Woke up at 8:00 am
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate breakfast, Super Koay Teow
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - I was hungry. Ate dinner at 6:00 pm
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Still eat Super Six
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Tonight I must sleep on the dot
That's the minimum to win the day.
Where does my philosophy of Voluntary Simplicity go? I had been accumulating things. The Teva, the second Supernova, the second batch of fish oil and the Jaybird X4 are all unnecessary. But I like the FEELING they give me.
Even the Max Pro is unnecessary. I however am pretty pleased with all these purchases. The only setbacks is I am flat broke again. The good news, I won't need to buy anything major anymore this year. I even got my most valuable book ever. The highest vocabulary and most well written book I ever read.

I was ravenous when I woke up. so I have the Super Koay Teow.
I am slacking pretty badly with my diet and exercise this month. Need to refocus on what matters. The most important marker is being thin. That matters the most. When I'm thin I can run far.
What is my issue? I am not short of motivation. I need discipline, perseverance and consistency. I need a sense of achievement, I need the small wins, The only way to do it is to win the day. I need to meet my own KPIs.
Enough buying. Time for action. I have to be selfish with my goals. I must want to be healthy and happy.
My most important defining macros in the diet concoction:
- ACV
- Moringa
- MCT Oil
- Butter
I must have these every day. I am what I eat. I should stay focus for ONLY TEN DAYS and I'll be home free.
Technically I should not go hungry because I am consuming my own fat storage.

I am listening to Lifeflow 10 to help me feel euphoric, according to Ameezan. What the heck...
