Well, I tried various permutations. Looks like I am back to basics; 16/8 LCHF. Stay away from carbs.
It is a subtraction game. Rather than reduce calorie, I just stick to the path of least resistance. The black lady lose 90 lbs in 5 months just by knowing what to eat and when to eat. Don't have to go to the extreme. For the past 2 weeks in March I had been falling of the wagon because I was trying to do too much too soon.
I want to be thin but at the same time I also want to complete the 10 k Training. So the defining factor is to do IF and avoid carbs. If I lose weight steadily this next 1 1/2 months, I will forgo the water fast so I can complete the training.
The only setback is I may not achieve 57 kg. Which is more important? 57 kg or completing 10 k?
I shall decide later... Maybe I can do both. I doubt it. The water fast is also for autophagy and anticancer.
