16/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 75


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 2:00 pm
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - That is gone
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate LCHF but drank 3-in-1 Coffee
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Mall walk, 1 hour
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate LCHF but had 2 cookies
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 12:00 am tonight
That's the minimum to win the day.

Not too happy with today.  It was hot and I still cannot commit to the 16/8 LCHF protocol.

What do I need to do to stick to the plan?  Today suppose to be a LCHF day if not for the carbs.  That's it I already found the formula, all I need to do is stick to the plan.

Tomorrow is the last day for me to get rid of sugar craving.  I need to go through the 2 weeks of no sugar no starch before the month ends.  Need commitment.

I am on the mid point here.  2 1/2 months and only 9 kg.  I got 27.5 kg more to go.  I got to win in weight reduction.  Then I can run fast.

This is a challenge I had set for myself.  Mount 57...  I must attain it.  Otherwise why bother to set goals?

The ultimate win is based on the daily wins.  I got to win one day at a time.

This day is not my worst.  However, I ate sugar and drank 3-in-1 coffee.  I still chew Nicorette.  I need to be committed.
