17/3/19 Another day had passed

Am I getting closer to my goal?  I weigh 85.1 kg today.  How do I accelerate the process?  The only way is to get it right on the daily basis.  I got to be strict with my diet.

Then again weight is one of the indicators.  I should look at the other markers.  My mood, my physical fitness and how my clothes fit.  Do not lose sight of the goals.  For example, do I have inflammation after tennis?  That is a very good indicator.

Another thing is do I manage to avoid from being hungry?

I guess losing weight is just a by product.  What counts is do I have a good day?  Today certainly is a wonderful day.  Tennis is not fantastic but I am a more composed player today.  I can improve much but I am pretty pleased with my performance.

Lunch was good.  I didn't crave for 3-in-1 coffee after meal.  Thanks to Moringa.  I managed to read a bit.  Then after lunch I was thinking to meet BJ for a rendezvous.  Luckily I shelved the idea and snooze instead.  It was a good rest.  The down side (the only one for the day) was I sleep the whole afternoon through and missed the window to cycle in the afternoon.

I got to listen to my body.  Maybe missing the cycling was not that bad.  Tomorrow I am going for W3D1.
