I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up on time
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Slept until 1.30 pm
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate carbs
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No exercise
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Back to supplements and oils
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.
Utterly tired today. It has to do with what I ate yesterday, too much carbs. Part of the reason is I gained weight these past few days. I need to get back on track.
Let's start with basics: 16/8 and no carbs. No need to be too ambitious. This past 2 weeks I had not been complying.
Then again a guy can survive without food for 1 year. I got to give it a shot for this next 1 1/2 months + 1 month. I want to be thin.
Please no depression, I can do it.
I got to go through with my plan on calorie restriction before I decided on the outcome.

I feel good when I am thin. So the key is to eat right. No more carbs. Withstand a little bit of hunger. Overcome depression.
In the end, it is about mental toughness. I got to coax myself into doing it. It's about how bad I want it. That 57 kg is something I should hold on to. 2 1/2 months already passed. Need to be committed.
Good life is the best revenge. Being thin and being able to run fast is the best deal ever. Also being able to wear all those nice clothes that I have in my wardrobe, that is satisfaction.
- I need to wake up early and exercise in the morning.
- Then I need to stick to the Moringa-Butter protocol.
- I do this for the next 1 1/2 months
The reward is being thin. I need to hit the 70s by the end of this month.
1 week and 1 month fly really fast. Need to make it automatic. Watch sleep, watch diet and exercise. 3 parameters.
It is already 11/3/19, day 70. I got to commit to the cause.
