14/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 73

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - I'll try walking today
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate carbs at 11.30 am.  Just plain hungry
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Purposely skip
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot.  Not hungry at all
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Retire to sleep by 10:00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.

Light green mucus appeared again today as a sign that my lungs are cleansing.  My right chest hurts a little.  Same spot.  That really worries me.  God forbids, let it not be cancer.

The more reason I got to water fast this May and the reason I got to cut sugar and starch.

Today is when the actual journey begins.  It is very tempting to eat the curry puff we bought yesterday.  I guess this is a true test in delayed gratification

So today I try walking instead.  Let see if I can maintain a high level of enthusiasm doing brisk walking this morning.

---------------

These are the key words I should be mindful:

  • Fresh Air
  • Be Thin
  • Be Fast
  • Look Good
  • Smell Good
  • Feel Good
  • Read
  • Run
  • Write
  • Sleep Well
  • Eat 16/8 LCHF
  • Exercise Daily
  • 173 cm, 57 kg, 19% BMI, 4.75% Fat
  • 10 km/hour
  • 4 hours marathon
  • 1 1/2 months  Moringa-Butter Protocol, 1 month Water Fast
  • Cancer feeds on sugar, autophagy
  • HGH, BDNF, reduce insulin
  • Keto adapted, sugar craving, fat adapted
  • Hunger only last for 3 days
  • Starvation is when body fat at 4%

------------------

It worked, walking is a good active rest.  No fatigue whatsoever.  Come to think of it, I should go for a swim instead.  Swimming is so captivating.  It's like being in a different world.

Eventually I have to race BJ.  He is the only contender.  Maybe the next one is Glen.  Heck, there is Yazid.

------------------

I caved in again.  I was just plain hungry.  Let's have a cut off date.  Tomorrow is exactly 2 1/2 month in the middle.  I start tomorrow then.

I can control my food as long as the weight goes down.  The catch is I will not lose it fast enough.  To do that I need to withstand hunger and lethargy.
