18/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 77


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Going for W3D1
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate Ayam Penyet but also had cheesecake and cappuccino
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon -  Did 30 minutes Mall Walk
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Manage to eat LCHF
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

I think today I can make it all green.  I do the Mall Walk in the afternoon.

Gosh, I surely miss you honey.  We used to have a lot of fun.  That's because I was in mania.  I feel I am more serious now.  That is why you are less responsive.  Somehow personal wellness topic doesn't really click with you.

Maybe it is boring to read about my journey.  At times it may seems I am going in a loop.  Without your interventions, life is pretty dull.  No dopamine hits.  Boooring...

At the rate I am going, I am doing at best 6 km/hour.  That is if I walk/run.  Glen is doing 8 km/hour.  I got to up my game.  I got to be thin so that I can run fast.  That is the only way I am to hit 10 km/hour.  The thinner I am the lighter as faster I become.

Today's run was a good effort.  I tried to maintain a sprint effort during the runs but my effort waned at the tail end.  I have to remember, this is 7/42 session.

My aim by June is to be able to weigh 57 kg and run 10 km.  It is a worthy ideal.

I need to stop Nicorette.  Too good to pass at this point.

I was still hungry after the Ayam Penyet.  So I ended eating a cheesecake and drinking cappuccino.  The carbs in the cheesecake is 26 grams and in the cappuccino it is 6 grams.  Still within range.
