10/2/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 41


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 7:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Still have inflammation
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Skipped meal 
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Overslept
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had beef and veges.  Then had Beef Curry Pau
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.

I am somewhat hungry today.  But I must persist if I want to be successful.

OK, after coffee, no more hunger.  Funny, I was constantly thinking about a peanut butter sandwich just now.  But after I drank the coffee with salt, the thought vanished.

Basically it is about discipline and persistence.

I must remind myself that with this style of eating [b]y BP and heart pulse are normal again.  I need to focus on getting rid of the inflammation.  Then I really on the right track.

Ah, the Year of the Cat:


Today I will persist on 16/8 LCHF.  I need to lose 2 kg per week.  Which means by Saturday I should weigh 86 kg.  On top of that I need 10 days to break the carbs craving.  So no carbs.

Boy I was so sleepy today that I slept the whole day through.

I am more relaxed.  I ordered the Black Seed Oil at a discounted price but I bought 2 bottles at a go.

The inflammation is still on but it's getting better.

I need to fight it in order for me to run the Half Marathon.  I am experiencing aging with this irregularity.  So tomorrow morning I will do my interval run.

All take effort.  It is easy to just go and buy all the shoes and supplements but in the end the body must be able to handle it.

This is not a straight forward journey.  I must persist...  I cannot give in that easily.  I am progressing with my weight loss.  Now to improve my athletic ability.  Do not lose sight of the goals.
