I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Wakes up 6:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Tennis day!
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Normal Feed
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Rained heavily 
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - No Dinner
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Slept at 7:00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.


I decided to have a normal feed today.  I want to feel good with my tennis.

My weight now is 90 kg.  This month I will aim for 85 kg.

It's like quit smoking.  Once you stop takes a while to restart again.

I lost 4-6 in tennis today.  That's 2 weeks in a row.  She is getting better at returns and I remained stagnant.
