24/2/19 Wedding Anniversary Eve and Inflammation

Tonight is my 29th wedding anniversary.

If I have reason to celebrate, then it is the fact that I had quit smoking.

The inflammation is getting worse.  Nothing that I do help.

My last resort is the Moringa Powder.  It's only RM12 per month @ 200 grams per packet @ 1 tbsp.  1 tsp will last me for 2 months.

I am spending too much on supplements.  Worst part is I STILL HAVE THE INFLAMMATION!

Shucks, I am desperate.  I just drank a concoction of turmeric, black pepper and baking soda,

The thing with nutrition supplement is it has to be cheap enough to be consumed daily.
