I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 10:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - That opportunity is gone
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Excellent lunch
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon -  Today is well deserved
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Blew it.  The family decided on burger and fries
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Purposely sleep at 2:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.


I truly had a pleasant day today.  I read through half of what I wrote in Dreams of Mirrors and concluded that I am not as bad as Dr John Nash.  Therefore I am keeping the Final Checkmate posting as the solid evidence of my Bipolar Disorder's irregularity.

When I watched this documentary, I am convinced that I too can recover from this illness eventually.  I cannot wait to be off medication in 2 years time.


Darn, I spoke to the family and I was outvoted 3-1.  Everybody wants me to continue with medication.  Looks like I have to fight against the side effects of the medication for the rest of my life.
