I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 9:30 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Too late for that
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate breakfast, ate coconut
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Went for chocolate cake and cappucino
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - No dinner
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - I sleep at 2:00 pm tonight
That's the minimum to win the day.
I have decided to stay away from people in general. Just to make sure no weed enter my mind. It is better to be on my own. I do what I like. I have that privilege now. I should not allow people like Salleh and Coconut Man to occupy my space, Stay clear from distorted mindsets.
In general I am the captain of my own thoughts. I should pull the weeds and burn them. Then the ashes I use as the fertilizer.
------------
Went for a coconut. Sure enough I smoked a cigarette. It doesn't taste good anymore.
-------------
In the end, I have to assess my action against my goals and ambition, Does socializing fits in the picture? Definitely not. Dealing with Coconut Man doesn't take me to where I am going. So is with Salleh and Yati. I can do away with people except when buying things.
Conclusion: MINIMIZE HUMAN INTERACTION.
---------------
This is a bad week. I had inflammation, I didn't exercise and I eat carbs. The good news is I ate at the Red Lobster and I had a great chocolate experience at Pastryville today.
The carbs are creeping in. I got to cut it by tomorrow. I need to be in ketosis. That is the way to go.
I am 5.7 kg lighter. I got 30 kg to go. This month alone I lost 2 kg. I am prepared to be a bit hungry and tired. The body will adapt.
I have 30 kg to go. Stick to the knitting.
------------------
When I am on my own I am extremely happy. I can believe in whatever I like, I can eat whatever I like and I can do whatever I like with my time. I am free. I don't have to submit to anybody. The thing is I need a little money, plenty of time and good health. Speaking of, health is paramount.
I think I save RM1 k first and set aside RM1.7 k before I spend any more money on supplements. Supplements are real killers when comes to cost.
I think taking vitamin C and butter is good enough, On top of that take eggs. Of course this is temporary measure until I can set aside RM2700; which is 9 months. This is why it is important for Aqis to get her bonus and Munek to give me my Duit Raya.
I want the RM1.7 k for the A8 2018 and Jaybird X3. Both are unnecessary.
If I save RM2.7 k, I earn RM200 interest. I already got RM478. Add another RM350 interest. By early 2021 I have RM8.7 k (if I save another RM1 k in 2020) in my account and approximately RM1000 to spent just by being patient for 2 years. After all I don't need those things. They will probably get cheaper too.
Then I buy those things. By using the interest.
Just like diet is a subtraction game, so is buying. I need to detox from buying. I already got those things I need. The caps, the shoes, the tights, the supplements and the oils. In the end I am still experiencing inflammation.
The dreaded inflammation... The way to get rid of inflammation is to be thin and NO CARBS. These items suppose to help me get rid of inflammation:
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Black Seed Oil
- Fish Oil
What I need to do is to take vitamin C, turmeric and butter. Maybe I just add cinnamon once I finish with all the supplements and oils.
The above cognitive dissonance is the effect of talking to Salleh. See? Nothing good coming out of talking to people with distorted mindset. I actually don't mind having little money but I am in good health.
I keep the current diet protocol because I need 75% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. That's the reason why I take MCT oil, butter, Black Seed Oil and Fish Oil. These are good oils. As for supplement I take ACV, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Vitamin B CompleX and turmeric.
These are my essentials. All are important.
My immediate goals are to be thin and to get rid of inflammation.
When I came up with my list, I knew what I was doing. Now is like I said, stick to the knitting.
----------------
This is my F1 race. I need to stick to the formula and the implementation plan if I want to be thin and fast. This is only 1 1/2 month into implementation. The mission here is to get rid of inflammation. Inflammation is the root to all diseases including heart disease, gout, diabetes, obesity and cancer.
Stop taking Nicorette. Artificial sweetener increase insulin and inflammation.
