I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 11:26 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - There goes morning exercise
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Normal healthy oil and supplement
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Inflammation
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate at K Fries. Probably threw my keto off
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep by 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
I need the sleep. Nowadays when I oversleep, I will have a nasty dream. This one was also no different.
On a different note, it is OK to do IF and LCHF. It is also OK to chew sugarless gum on IF. Thus I am on the right track.
I need to stick to my current road map. It is producing result although not fast enough, To date I lost 5.4 kg. As long as I stick to the plan I will be OK. The problem with January is I had to many slip ups.
My past right foot injury still bothers me. However when I run, the pain disappears.
---------------
10 years from now I expect to be in my top form while my friends fizzle off. The way to do it is invest in my present. I got to get to 57 kg no matter what. I got to fight inflammation. I got to keep losing weight. No cheats. NO MORE SUGAR AND STARCH.
----------------
The target is 31/5/19. I got to prove to Dr Amarpreet I can do it. The appointment is on 2/7/19.
When I am in 16/8 LCHF my mood is much stable. No desire to smoke. I think I quit Nicorettes again tomorrow.

This song is on air:

I had a thought just now on how save on perfumes. On normal days I use the RM40 Adidas perfume. Then on special occasions I use the RM165 Swiss Army Altitude. By doing that I cut my perfume purchase by 75%.
I just want to smell fresh after shower,

Come to think of it, supplement is the highest maintenance of RM200 a month. To spend RM700 every 5 years is not that bad. After all my motto is Look Good, Feel Good and Smell Good.
I love this feeling of IF LCHF. I hardly sweat and I feel light. This lifestyle is definitely the way to go for years to come.
Actually the biggest battle for me is to fight inflammation. It had [] bugging me since early this year. Even now there is still pain on my right foot.
