- Wake up latest 7:00 am - No sleep last night
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - The foot is healing and I was too engrossed writing
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Fasting today
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Nope, not motivated
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - I ate OMAD LCHF today
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Slept at 12:30 am
That's the minimum to win the day.
