I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - No sleep last night 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - The foot is healing and I was too engrossed writing
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Fasting today
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Nope, not motivated
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - I ate OMAD LCHF today
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Slept at 12:30 am
That's the minimum to win the day.


Hey I survived OMAD LCHF!  No hunger at all.
