I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am  - Woke up at 5:00 pm 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Exercise is a goner
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate Moringa at 7:00 pm
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Exercise a goner
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - I sleep at 1:00 am tonight
That's the minimum to win the day.

Look like I had solved the issue of smoking and diet.  Now is to tackle the sleep and exercise.

Moringa is great!  I eat for nutrition instead for the taste buds.

I can live indefinitely on this combination:
  • ACV
  • Moringa
  • MCT Oil
  • Butter
With this combination I only spend RM70 a month intead of RM200.  Major breakthrough.

I could have saved RM115 buying the Max Pro M1 instead of the M2.  The price difference is worth the personal service from the seller.  Well justified.  At first I thought I that I get the M2 for RM759 in Lazada.  After closer look, turned out it is an M1.  What a relief.

Today is the starting point of the Shu Ha Ri for March 2019.  I am pretty excited because I managed to lose 1 kg a day with this new formulation.

Still a bit chubby after losing 9.3 kg since 1/1/19:


Have no fear.  I got 3 months to go to hit 57 kg.  Another 27.2 kg to go.  This month'd target is to lose 8 kg.

Target:  76.2 kg by end March.
