11/2/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 42

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Major inflammation
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Added turmeric to the regular 6
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Inflammation subsided but still painful ankle
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Overate the fish filet.  Very full
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.

My concern is this inflammation is the result of poor kidney function.  The pain is pretty intense.

Inflammation is the precursor to heart attack and cancer.

I need to overcome inflammation by reducing carbs and making the body less acidic, I am already on the right track,  Now is to stick to the knitting.

I have the winning formula.  My concern now is I will get the inflammation every time I exercise?

I hope this symptom is just the healing crisis.

For a while I listen to Spotify, but I switched back to radio because the songs are much better and there is human interaction.

Two more days to Radio Day.

--------------

86 kg this week.  Can I do it?  I will restrict my diet to 16/8 LCHF thoughout the week.  This is the preparation for the 21 Days Water Fast.  Discipline, Persistence, Consistency.

---------------

It is very tempting to go for a fuck but I decided not to take unnecessary risk.  I will be a responsible person to my family from now on.

That reduces my focus on the real 3 Cs; cigarettes, carbs and cannabis.  All are real dangers.

----------------

Cancer caused by angiogenesis off balance:

I need to starve the cancer cells.

-----------------

I finally introduced turmeric in my 16/8 LCHF menu.  It feels great.

5:15 pm - I feel like eating a couple of peanut butter sandwiches and drink 3-in-1 coffee.  Then I remember fasting is to increase HGH and BDNF.  It also reduces insulin resistance.  I need to curb sugar in the next 1 week or so to break the carbs craving.
