Tonight I am taking the gout pill every 2 hours as instructed.
I need to recover fast. I have 2 1/2 months to make it to 10 km. But first I need to be able to run continuously for 1 hour.
Should I do 21 km in this current condition?
What do you think Sarah? Shall I persist? I'll go ahead and register for the 21 km. I already set my mind on it.
Damn this inflammation.
I'll do the elliptical tomorrow morning.

Without the mania my life is pretty ordinary. I am just another guy trying his best to make do with his daily pursuits.
I am nobody special. Just another average Joe with some serious goals to achieve.
I feel good about it. My world is just me a[s] a few people that I know. It's a liberating kind of feeling. I have little concern with what happened around me.
If I want to feel connected to the outside world I listen to TraXXfm. If I want it nice and easy I listen to Gold 905. If I want to be in my own world I listen to Spotify.
Most importantly, my thoughts are composed. I am not somewhere out there in a make believe world. I can even accept that God is irrelevant. I still don't deny there is a God but as far as I am concern it doesn't matter to me. I am responsible for my life.
You believe what you want to believe and you are what you believe. As of now I believe in my own destiny. Its a path with forks. Every time you reach a fork you decide which road to take. Like this 13th February I have to decide on the Half Marathon. Once I decide I have to pursue that path. Same thing with this weight loss journey. I had taken the 16/8 LCHF Path. I will pursue it until 31/5/19.
Therefore the Path is not a straight line but rather it looks like this:
Today is already the 11th of February. I am not progressing with my run. I MUST RUN. I need to strengthen my heart, lose weight and run continuously for 1 hour. I have not done that.
The elliptical is a VERY GOOD machine. I must utilize it. Maybe this next few weeks I just use the machine. The key is in the moving.
Of course the big picture is health and happiness. Which in my case is being free from Bipolar.
