12/2/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 43

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Slept the whole morning through.  Don't feel too good
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate 16/8 but ate coconut.  Then an hour later ate waffle with peanut butter,  Drank 3-in-1 coffee
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Still got inflammation
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Chicken and vege.  No butter and MCT Oil today.  Stomach still unsettled.
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - I sleep at 11:00 pm tonight
That's the minimum to win the day.

I had a terrible day today.  I smoked a stick of cigarette and I ate carbs.  Feel a bit nausea.  I had stomach flu.

The KL Marathon will go through a ballot system starting 10 am tomorrow.  I had decided to go with the balloting but as far as I'm concern, it doesn't matter anymore.  With this intermittent chronic inflammation, I will be fortunate if I can run at all.

I will still make an effort to lose weight but I think I will focus on my Bukit Kiara runs.  Having too many people are too close for my comfort.

After all, my ultimate aim is health and happiness.  Being with a lot of people is not one of the criteria.

In the end, I want to achieve some clear goals.  Something achievable.

Quit smoking is one.  Lose weight is another.  Run fast is the other.  These are 3 major goals to pursue in a short period of time,

Furthermore, with RM90 fee for Half Marathon and RM150 for the Marathon, I am better off spending the money on sport accessories.

Anyway, let's see what the ballot says.

Racing is no big deal.  It's the running that counts.  As far as time improvement is concern, I can always compare the improvement against my own time.

--------------

I don't derive the pleasure of smoking today.  I smoke out of impulse being at the coconut stall.  I should a[bout] meeting the Coconut Man this year if I want to quit smoking for good.

--------------

The sensible thing to do this year is to get well again.  I can always train for 11 km and 21 km at Bukit Kiara.  It is much better than any of the race circuits.  What do I got to prove anyway?

What is more important is I need to run far,  Then I need to run fast.  Once I had done that, then I enter races,  This year I just improve on my own well being.

Most important I want to look good, feel good and smell good

Bukit Kiara is the best route.  No cars and plenty of greeneries.  Tackle Bukit Kiara first.

------------------

What do I look for in a run?  I want a relax atmosphere where I can run in peace.  I am not a racer.  I am a lone runner.

Anyway, I join a race when I am physically ready.

My running goal is to at least run Bukit Kiara once a week.  I have not achieve that goal,  Then there is the goal of running 3 times a week.

If I can run MWF and swim TTh, then I am set for a major achievement.

Don't want to be in a hurry to achieve my goals.  This inflammation thing is a real damper.  First I got to get rid of it.  Then lose weight.  Racing is not a priority if I am not physically ready.
