How am I doing?
I am still struggling with my health issues. I think I tackle the most important thing; which is the weight issue. Cigarettes is containable as long as I don't meet the Coconut Man.
Now is to deal with the inflammation. I think I just do some brisk walking, swimming and elliptical until 31/5/19.

Sarah, you agree that I scale down my scope this year? I was thinking that racing is kinda luxurious for me.
I should focus on being consistent. Make it a lifestyle first then race.
Do you agree with me?
Which way should I take? I will still train for the 21 km. But I will not participate in a RM90 race. What I'll do is on that date I run 21 km at Bukit Kiara. It's me and my own race.

What am I doing? There is no Sarah. I am being delusional. OK I decide on my own. No racing this year. I focus on getting well and run consistently at Bukit Kiara.
