I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 10:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Miss the wake up, miss the exercise
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Had a loster, salmon and shrimp feast
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Still have minor inflammation
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep late tonight.  Comparing smartphones A7 2018 and A8 2018
That's the minimum to win the day.


I decided to go for the KL International Marathon ballot anyway.  I feel much better today so my outlook is much improved.

Today I have the urge to eat stake but I hold on because I want to hit 86 kg by this Saturday.  I must persist.  Once I hit 79 kg I am on the home run.  I got to have the discipline if I want to achieve 57 kg.

Yes, I need to get rid this much:


I had a feast for lunch.  I had lobster, salmon and shrimp with rice.  There was biscuits and served with black coffee,  It costed me RM148.25 for the whole thing and it's worth every cent.

I went shopping for a Bluetooth earphone.  My phone reception didn't work.  So there goes my plan to buy one.  I don't really need such an expensive toy.
