- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Still inflammation on right foot
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate wholewheat bun for breakfast
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No go. Foot pain escalating
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - We are going for Mak Cik Beriyani
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
