I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am Woke up at 7:00 am 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Still inflammation on right foot
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate wholewheat bun for breakfast
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No go.  Foot pain escalating
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - We are going for Mak Cik Beriyani 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.

I can't help it.  Today is my Wedding Anniversary, so I eat some carbs.

Time to bite the bullet.  Starting tomorrow it is a one month of OMAD.

I'm definitely going for the Shu Ha Ri.
  • I started with 16/8 LCHF
  • Then I went for various variations of carbs induced protocols
  • Finally I am going with the principle of eating OMAD my version with the ACV in the morning and supplements and healthy fats in the evening.
