I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up on midday
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - No exercise
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate pleanty of carbs
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Too hot and still having minor pain at foot
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 12.00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.
I was out of sync with carbs. I need to get past day 3.
