I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up on midday 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - No exercise 
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate pleanty of carbs
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Too hot and still having minor pain at foot
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 12.00 am

That's the minimum to win the day.


I was out of sync with carbs.  I need to get past day 3.
