I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Not too bad. I woke up at 7:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - I go for a Mall Walk today.  Buying some supplement
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - On target
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Rained as I was about to leave the house
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - True blue LCHF Chicken Curry with 1/4 of a potato 
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Need to sleep early tonight
That's the minimum to win the day.


I got some cash in hand.  So today I shop for some good bargains to stock up my supplements.  I had been buying the 210 capsules Black Seed Oil for RM65.  Recently I saw a different brand offering at RM32.  So I'll get 4.  That should set me for the next 8 months.

The MCT oil is on an offer price.  I get 4 of those.  So are the bio magnesium.  I probably get the Fish Oil too,  All an all that will offset me by RM450 but it will last me for 4 months.

I plan to visit the Tennis Town for a good tennis shoes.  No hurry on this one.

I cannot think of anything else to buy.  So I might as well buy those things on sale upfront.

Well, I completed my major purchases for this year.  So now I can focus on my training.  I spend about RM450 for all the things I want to buy.  Now I can save RM1 k for the year.

The weather is getting hot in the afternoon.  I have to shift my afternoon activity from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

I was slightly tired and hungry.  So I had my second helping of Apple Cider Vinegar and listen to my SPV lineup.  I must persist to sweat today if I am to make it 100% compliant.

I was dressed to go out and it rained,  I am in no mood to do the elliptical.  So no 100% compliant for today.

I like this song.  Taylor is really doing a good job with her new album.


Today is a nice day but a bit exhausted one.
