5/2/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 36

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Wakes up at 6:11 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Start all over again with Brisk Walk.  Did a 3-2 breathing sprint
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Light and wonderful lunch.
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Manage to do 15 minutes elliptical
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Fish Filet and broccoli supplemented with salted butter.  No starch!
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep on the dot
That's the minimum to win the day.

I will make it 100% compliant today.

I exercise therefore I'm happy.

An 8-year old who recovered from chemotherapy can run a 3:25 marathon after 1 year of treatment.

I can run a 2-hour Half Marathon if I weigh 57 kg.  It's about weight.  I need a strong heart too.

---------------

Today I don't feel like running,  I just want to build the momentum back again.  The sprint was good though,  The 3-2 breathing works.  I can go fast.

I think I exercise again this afternoon.  I will keep persisting until I got the rhythm.

I am getting the good mood again.  It's a pleasant feeling.

----------------

Lunch is light and wonderful.  The tuna, sunny side up eggs and mixed veges are just right.  To be full, I end with butter and MCT oil.  Perfect combo.

---------------

I saw a video on how the city of Holland, Michigan heated it's pavement; thus providing runners opportunity for runners to run during winter.  I am glad I basically can run here every day except when it rains.  Then I use the elliptical machine.

Must exercise am/pm even for half an hour a session.  I must do.  I must aim for 100% compliant.  A virtual perfection.

--------------

While listening to the Acoustic Rock in Spotify memories of my mania peaks flashed by.  One of the things I remember was my overgenerous behavior in giving away things.  I even gave a RM25 k bike for literally FOC.

Yes I don't want to be ill again.  Even last year I was overgenerous,  I blew away RM800 for nothing.

I better stick to my 2019 game plan.
