So I made a resolution early this year. I fumbled 1 month later.
Tonight is the best time to renew the commitment to pursue my goals.
One thing I should do is to NOT EAT CARBS WHEN I EAT OUT.
That way I don't eat carbs ever. I must agree to stay hungry rather than eat carbs.
Be mentally prepared to feel hungry and lethargic. They are anytime better than binging and feel miserable later on.
In a way it is not just about the 3 goals alone. I am fighting for my INDEPENDENCE.
To be free from all the shortcomings of what I carry with me.
There is only one way to deal with it; by playing a subtraction game.
First, I subtract God and the afterlife.
Then I subtract the 3 Cs
Then I subtract creature comfort
Next I subtract 1 meal
Finally I subtract External Affairs
OK Sarah, sorry if I seem to be on the negative. This is the path I have to take. A warrior walks alone.
