I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 7.15 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Still inflamed
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Heart attack, something avoidable. Hypertension, diabetes and arthritis; all are modern degenerative diseases that can be avoided if I eat in moderation and no carbs.
There is however one drawback. Eating carbs is comforting. I need to get past that. If I want to excel, I have to look at food as what it is, nutrition,
What's the point if the food I eat made me stoic and lethargic? Or it made my blood pressure goes up and even worse gives me inflammation?
I can't afford that anymore. I am on a mission to reduce to 57 kg. That is 30 kg to go. Right now after almost 2 months, I only lose 6.2 kg. I could have done better if I am FAT ADAPTED instead of not committing to LCHF plan.
I still crave sugar.
If I am to be a serious marathon runner I need to look like Eliud Kipchoge, 163 cm:
More like Mo Farah 175cm, 58 kg:
The thinner the better, less fat cells to oxygenate.
Zack Efron, 173 cm, 75 kg:
I need to go to 65 kg before going to 57 kg, Mo Farah's weight. I want a 4:00 hour marathon.
I was thin once:

I need to drop 20 to 30 kg more.
