I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 10:30 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - 1 hour Mall Walk, Mega Mall
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - On the dot with the menu
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Don't want to over strain the foot
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Good meal with Ayam/Sambal Penyet, MCT Oil and Butter
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Will sleep by 11:00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
So here are 3 conventional wisdom that no longer true:
- Salt doesn't cause hypertension
- Fat doesn't make you fat
- Cholesterol is not bad
All debunked by LCHF. I will continue eating like this for years to come. On the condition I eat lots of veges, my source of carbs. As for sugar and starch, this is the year I said goodbye to both.
My major problem is inflammation. This year it is quite rampant.
---------------
Side tracking a bit here... Balqis reminded me when I was young. Energetic, temperamental and highly opinionated.

Now back to the quest to be thin. Basically I need to lose 2 kg a week or 8 kg a month. Last month I only lose 4 kg. To do that I need to omit sugar/starch and reduce caloric intake.
Basically Keto is 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs.
The 16/8 benefits:
- Increase HGH
- Increase BDNF
- Reduce insulin
I am inclined to do OMAD but I think I stick with 16/8. I can manage the hunger better. Unless I do OMAD on MWF. I got to have faith with the healthy oils.
This time I'll be strict. No cheating on carbs until April. Come May I water fast for 3 weeks, That is how I expect to lose 37 kg. I can do 57 kg this year. I will go down 3 sizes smaller. From XL to M.
Not bad. I don't have to buy new clothes. As for the pants, I have plenty of cargo shorts.
All I need is to wear L shirt loosely. I have plenty of L shirts. Pants should be waist 32. No issue.
-----------------
Apple Cider Vinegar with Vitamin C is truly superb. I experience a wave of feel good feeling when I consume them.
Definitely I am sticking to my eating plan. I need to stick to the 75% fat. Anyway, I love the salted butter. I am sure I don't overeat this way.
