I woke up at 9:30 am. So no exercise in the morning. I also ate an anchovy bun since it is a false start.
I will try to stick to the plan as much as I can.
Lunch will be at 2:00 pm and I will try to exercise in the afternoon.
Think Fresh Air, think 65 kg and think 10 km/hour.
DO NOT SELF SABOTAGE.
I only got 5 months. By 5 months I should lose 20 kg at least.

Today is also last day for Nicorettes. Just cut cold turkey.
