As a warrior I stand alone. Only thing that matters is the Universe Within.
Therefore 2019 is the year of less talk more action. I have 4 key performance indicators (KPI) that I monitor daily:
- No 3 Cs
- Exercise morning and afternoon
- Eat 16/8 LCHF
- Run, write, repeat
I have 3 goals:
- Breath fresh air
- Be thin - weighing 65 kg
- Be fast - run 10 km/hour
The first milestone is 26th Ramadhan 31/5/19,
5 months from now.
The second milestone is KL International Marathon 29/9/19,
9 months from now.
Here is my schedule for the first 3 months:
MWF
- Morning - Run Bandar Utama
- Afternoon - Elliptical
TTh
- Morning - Walk Lembah Kiara
- Afternoon - Walk Bukit Kiara
- Kettlebell
- Morning - alternate tennis and cycle Saujana
THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IS TO BE THIN
THE SECOND THING IS TO EXERCISE EVERY DAY
THE THIRD THING IS TO SLEEP AT 11:00 am EVERY NIGHT
I want to stay focus on these matters only.

I spoke with Brenda just now and asked her if this is what she wanted.
She said, yes, yes this is what I had in mind.
I said, but this is my thought when I said I want to focus on personal excellent.
"Yes it's true Sha," she said. "But now your mindset is to be a God, not just an excellent person."
Yes I understand Brenda, however I need to be an excellent person first.
"That is fine Sha, but you don't stop there. As a God you are responsible for the materialization of Sparta 4964. Therefore you go to the highest potential you can be, that is a God."
I understand Brenda, I'll do my best. For this year it is the 3 goals.
"Yes, definitely," she replied.
