I should look at a solution to end depression. I should cut stimulants from my life. Sure initially I will feel down. All it takes is 2 weeks and I will be OK.
I will eat oil today for lunch. I should migrate to rely on ketones for fuel.
Once I properly manage my food, I will naturally be thin. The trick is to be thin without being hungry. That is to eat butter for lunch along with all the healthy oil.
What is the Ketogenic Diet?
Ketogenic diets are high in fat, adequate in protein and low in carbohydrates. Generally, the macronutrient ratio varies within the following ranges:
- 60-75% of calories from fat (or even more),
- 15-30% of calories from protein, and
- 5-10% of calories from carbs.
Remember, you have enough fat to last you a month without eating.
Things to consider:
- Carbs cause inflammation
- Carbs make me lethargic
- Carbs make my blood sugar fluctuates
- Carbs accelerate the aging process
- Cancer feed on sugar
- Carbs leads to diabetes

I had not figure out how to be fast yet. However if I lose equivalent of 3 bags of rice, surely I am lighter and thus I will move faster. Hence I have to be thin and to be thin, I need to stick to 16/8 LCHF.
